SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders will be processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM (HKT). We do not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Origin & Destination

We operate under Intopia.hk (Hong Kong entity). All crystal stones are shipped directly from Mainland China to addresses within the United States.

Estimated delivery time: 6–9 business days, subject to courier efficiency and U.S. customs clearance.

Customs & Import Charges

The buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes or clearance charges incurred upon arrival in the United States. We cannot prepay destination tariffs.

Logistics Risk & Address Responsibility

Once parcels are handed over to the courier, transportation risks shall be assumed by the buyer. We will assist with tracking information, but we are not liable for parcel delays, loss or customs detention caused by logistics providers or U.S. customs authorities.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If parcels are returned due to incorrect address, delivery failure or customer refusal to accept delivery, the buyer will cover all reshipping fees.
